Up slur/ down slur in the same chord

[Antonio PALAMA']

In the follo wing construct

   <bes4 ees bes'>~<bes16 ees bes'>

I would like the top tie to be an Up Slur while the other two bottom 
ties to be Down Slur.

How can this be accomplished?
