lilypond-book and include using emacs

This is really an emacs question but maybe some of you know this:

I am just starting with lilypond-book to try to get my headers to do things that may or may not be possible with just lilypond. I have the example from the tutorial working but need to add an include file to the tex file I am editing with emacs. emacs in tex mode wants to change this to `` .

Can anyone tell me how to get the " without using a second editor?
