I received a very nice referral to the LilliPond Project from M.I.T.. I am interested in modeling text based musical programs in C++ as I have purchased a book, called Maximum Midi (www.maxmidi.com. I have not yet encountered text based musical editing in C++. Can you explain why this is? Is your language based on Java Script ? Thank you and I hope you are having a nice day.
