i have been informed by a colleague that kdvi under KDE also supports point and click with emacs. he was using it with normal LaTeX files, but i assume it will also work with lilypond.
the exact procedure for activating this mechanism in kdvi is documented in the help-files for kdvi. greetings, simon.
