This is partly what I wanted to get opinions regarding. Obviously historically lilypond-mode has been shipped as a component of LilyPond itself, but it seems better going forward to use MELPA or eventually perhaps ELPA. If lilypond-ts-mode is to be considered official or quasi-official, is there any objection to me going ahead and submitting to MELPA myself? Saul
