Translation Meister?

It happens that there are a couple of MRs in the queue, which deal with 
translated parts of the documentation. That caused me to wonder whether 
we have someone in overall charge of translation. I see that we list 
Francisco Vila as Translation Meister, but I can't find contact info for 
him; that leads to my second question: should I take the initiative and 
update each MR to request a review by (Francisco/current Meister)? One 
of the MRs is from a branch which is 307 commits behind current, so I 
think she may need some coaching.
