Okay, scratch that: GUB is currently broken building for mingw, who
would have guessed... Oh how I hate it!

and https://github.com/gperciva/gub/pull/88 for fixing GUB because we
now have too many .ly files...
Phil, if you want to do a release already tomorrow, we can probably
merge the fixes early unless there are some immediate concerns.
