Yes, that's the downside. Instead, you might also try finding what's currently wrong and remove only that. The previous message said it's failing during lilypond-test which for me runs in linux-64. If this uses a library from tools, that could be missing. I have the library in target/linux-64/root/usr/lib/libffi.so, but lilypond-test never really worked for me so my GUB is not the best reference...
