Addendum: Doing $ chromium-browser gub/uploads/webdoc/v2.21.0/index.html None of the tested links seem to work. But for $ chromium-browser gub/uploads/localdoc/v2.21.0/index.html all links seem to work. No clue whether this is expected behaviour or not ...
