The patch was accepted in 2.19.55, and midi.c was removed: d8677d345032752b564878e5da0ea17b112afcad 37893d923c65a5f1aec6c78f7225704d2ccec666 That said, the 2.18.2 release was (obviously) not updated, so anybody using the stable release would still see the same error.
