Don't think it would work reliably enough to make it a default
convert-ly rule even though a rule like that would likely be applied to
the LilyPond code base itself (where we have a chance to check it did
everything correctly, and if not, fix it up manually).

The default conversion would likely just add some switch to the file if
it decides that the file has a 3+ case of << \\ \\ >> somewhere.
