Hello,
in the command index, \with-dimensions-from is sorted _after_
\with-dimensions, as I’d expect. The source code also has them in this
order. However, the auto-generated documentation in NR A.11, ‘Other’
<http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/other#index-_005cwith_002ddimensions_002dfrom-1>,
lists them the other way round. Is there any particular reason for that?
Seems confusing to me.
