Isn't it high time that Elaine Gould: "Behind Bars" (2011) is added to that? It already is referenced somewhere in the NR.
I recently invested in this volume, and I am really awed! The contents are in many places way beyond my experience and skills, but as an inspiration and guideline for my future Lilypond scores it already now seems indispensable.
it would be easy to just use sir Simon Rattles introduction as a description in the litterature list entry, but I think Han-Wen and/or Jan are the right persons to comment in this case... ???
