It means that the patches can be pushed to staging.  It doesn't mean
that somebody feels magically responsible for doing so in case that the
author does not have push privileges himself (there are quite a few
people with push privileges so most people don't know whether a given
person has push privileges or not).

Can you send me the respective commits formatted via git format-patch?
That makes it easy for me to push them for you.
