To this kind of project it would appear to me like a less neutered
exchange than money would be desirable.  Money is a nice fallback if the
donor does not have anything specific to offer, so he gives you
something that _others_ will exchange for value.

Impressive.  We really should think what else we can get from them.
What can we learn from their workflows?
