Done, and thanks for the suggestion. That doesn't fix the problem, though. I'll do some snooping to see if I can improve warning messages about this sort of thing - it seems that if LilyPond doesn't find a font (in this case, ncsb) it should provide useful information about where it looked rather than failing silently.
