We have a new mailing list for automatic messages. No human emails are allowed; only whitelisted email addresses can send to the list.

Historically, we have kept tracker issue updates on bug-lilypond and simply expected people to set up email filters. However, after a few years it's clear that email filters are not understood by all volunteers. We simply cannot afford to raise the bar for the bug squad, nor can we afford to keep on wasting volunteers' time sorting through email manually. Therefore, in a week or so I'll switch the tracker issues to lilypond-auto instead of bug-lilypond.
