Should I use this Tracker (1566) as the Document issue for the @knowissue or leave it 'as is' (for whatever else needs to be done 'codewise') and create a new doc-specific tracker for it. This would stop confusion and makes it clearer for Patchy and Colin (sounds like a great title for a Kid's TV show!).
