Nope; there's nothing suspicious in there.  It's purely a doc
change.

Hmm... my "most likely suspicious" list is:

Not because I think the build-system changes are bad, but simply
because I've seen a ton of unintended consequences from any change
to the build system.

d82eb992f3c17c42b9d01861d2c90d551d155620
simply because it adds one more regtest, so potentially it could
have put the total above the limit.  (i.e. we might need to
're-bin' the regtest list)
