Folks, a developer is being very cautious about a patch here, an unusual
event in our community: this is "Six-Gun Mike" after all!. The review
system assumes developers will look at the patches which interest them
most, and also that silence is consent: if you don't say anything, the
patch gets pushed. Mike is asking for independent review of his work
because of its potential impact, so if you have a look at the patch,
would you take a moment and make a comment, even if only to say you've
visited?
