Ah. they are written in a form completely unreadable to me (ofc i checked "GNU style" on Wikipedia, but it doesn't say whether tabs should be used or not). As tabs-vs-spaces issue wasn't adressed there i was sure that the statement from CG 10.3.2 applies everywhere.
