I'm wondering if we really need translated html pages for Internals
Reference, which contain only untranslated material.

with 209Mb, internals/ directory is the biggest in
out-www/offline-root/Documentation/ but it contains copies for every
language, which differ only at localized footers. A PDF link is
provided at top, and it leads to the one and only Internals PDF, in
English. The same could be done for HTML, I guess. Untranslated
manual --> english pages.

I will investigate this a bit more but the situation has clearly much
room for optimization.
