A commit that does the same as your patch on branch lilypond/translation is waiting to be merged on master. However, when I did convert-ly on my tree, saw some changes on fretted-strings.ly that would require manual fixing if you want to run it again for 2.14. Did you fix them manually for your patch as well? -- Francisco Vila.
