Hi everybody, This patch does two things:
1) Fix issue #628, whereby grob 'style settings (e.g., TextSpanner #'style = #'trill) interfere with the default notehead style for \note(-by-number); 2) Use the code from note-head::calc-glyph-name to ensure all notehead style can be set via 'style in \note(-by-number).
