Basically, I've come to the conclusion that the Midi stuff needs to be
separate from the typesetting stuff: in a given work for accordion
orchestra, one will use the same kind of symbol everywhere, but possibly
associate different corresponding sound sets with different voices.

So basically this means "don't worry about sound in 1st iteration" for
me.
