What Graham proposes should be simple enough, but if you have any
troubles you can try the "lilybuntu" remix I made a while back:
http://prodet.hu/bert/lilydev/lilybuntu.iso
I compiled texi2html 1.82 and included it in the remix. It also
has all of the other build dependencies in place.
