Slashes are nasty.  But remember that we're not allowed to have
commas in @node names.  :(

I'm beginning to suspect that we should just explain this better
in the tutorial, and leave the relevant NR section as something
neutral like
        Headings
or
        Titles and headings
or even possibly
        Header

... after all, the command is \header.
