AFAICT, there is not yet any documentation on the new arrowed accidentals. I sent a couple of patches a while ago but it still needs to be approved, mostly because it also adds new names for notes with arrowed accientals. When I tried to dig up the corresponding email, I realized that I had sent it to Werner alone, so I'm attaching the patch again for inspection.
