Appendix G has entries for /: and /+ , used in \chordmode { }

There is no entry for \chordmode

There is no entry for the symbols '&lt'  and '&gt'

discussion of the &lt  notelist    &gt   convention (an alternate way to

enter chords in a note stream), is left to an entry in Appendix H (Combining

notes into chords)

I believe these have all been corrected in the 2.11 documentation.
