hairpinToBarline is as far as I know deprecated. 'to-barline should

Hmm... I've removed the invalid line in engraver-init.ly and instead
added a default for 'to-barline in define-grobs.scm. But, since the
code in lily/dynamic-engraver.cc only looks at hairpinToBarline when
'to-barline is undefined, setting hairpinToBarline now won't work...
What about removing hairpinToBarline completely?
