I don't believe so.  If you're interested in this, see the texinfo
user manual, and possibly send a feature request to texinfo.

We could actually send a bunch of requests for the texinfo index
-- for example, Werner suggested unifying repeated terms:
Foo.... p. 8
   .... p. 10
   .... p. 531

which I'd quite like to have.  However, I'm not certain if the texinfo
team has the resources/interest in adding such features.
