IMHO, this page could (or should) be more visible to users by
providing a link on the front page of lilypond.org. A "How to submit
bugs"-link in the top menu or under "Quick links" could helpful for
bugreporters. Currently you have to dig through
Development->Participating…->(scroll down)Reporting bugs before you
find the correct link.
It's already now linked both from www.lilypond.org -> About and
www.lilypond.org -> Documentation, just next to the email address
to use for bug reporting. Since you have to look at these places anyway
to find the email address to use, I would say that it already is well
advertized, but apparently you haven't seen it, so I may be wrong.
