As "Advanced notation" has been almost translated in French, and "Changing defaults" has been completely translated, it's be more consistent that you translate these chapters too; otherwise, I'd recommend you to translate lilypond-program.tely, install.itely and setup.itely (all these 3 files are quite small). Have a look at TRANSLATION to know how to make lilypond-program.tely compilation work.
