In section 5.1, `Moving objects', there are two examples using `extra-offset'. The second one has the `ritenuto' cropped partially.
I wonder whether it is a generic problem (this is, lilypond can't
compute the bounding box correctly if extra-offset is used) or whether
it is a bug. In the former case, it should be documented.
