Alright, so I removed "s1harmonic" from mf/parmesan-heads.mf again but left the two new styles as they are. If you feel comfortable with it this way (otherwise please do not hesitate to make further suggestions) it might be good to update the docs, too (probably adding two sample bars to note-head-style.ly in the regression tests would suffice).
