FYI, this bug might be related to the bug that I reported in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2005-11/msg00093.html
which is also still not solved.

This snippet was compiled in 2.7.22. I would expect the tenutos to be
set in a nice line, parallel to the notes, but the middle one is
completely out of place.
