Interesting that you should mention this. I'm having rather similar
problems with this file in the command line version in MacOS X and
haven't had the time to analyze the issues yet.
you need .26 on macos. The default fonts for chinese/japanese are CID
keyed OTFs, which were incorrectly handled before.
