Hi,
according to this email from an Apple list the <cmath> problem is known.

The proposed solution is to use <math.h> instead of <cmath>. In my patch I
introduce a new define MACOS_X that controls this.
With this patch applied I compiled the latest CVS this afternoon.
It is kind of a hack, but I dont't see another way of dealing with this problem right now.
