Hi,

the official debian package makes a symbolic link from
usr/share/lilypond/$(VERSION)/tex to usr/share/texmf/tex/lilypond (and
the same for the fonts). I use this scheme in my "snapshot" package as
well but I link to usr/share/texmf/tex/lilypond-snapshot instead. It
works beautifully if my package is the only lilypond version
installed. But if I have another version installed it end up not looking
at usr/share/texmf/tex/lilypond-snapshot at all:

...
[/usr/share/texmf/fonts/afm/public/lilypond/feta20.afm][/usr/share/texmf/fonts/tfm/public/lilypond/feta20.tfm
warning: lily-guile: installation problem: deprecated encoding requested: "feta-music"

Any ideas?

(in case you are wandering, I did run texhash)

Cheers,

Pedro Kroger
