Hi all, and in particular our new doc editor,
I've changed the mode changing commands, like \chords, \lyrics, etc.
They have been renamed to \chordmode , \lyricmode, etc. and the
commands \chords and \lyrics now implicitly do a
\new ChordNames
(\new Lyrics respectively).
This will simplify the common case, and hopefully it makes introducing
these commands in the tutorial and manual less awkward. I would be
grateful if you could update the documentation to reflect this.
(If not, just give me a yell, and I'll have a look).
