. Octavation lines must have a minimum distance from the staff lines;
I suggest to use 1.2 times the distance between two lines in a
staff.
. Another problem is that currently we get the following for
octavation lines broken across systems:

. Instead we should have this:

8--------------|
. The final `delimiter' (the small vertical bar) must have a greater
horizontal offset. I suggest to move it one notehead width to the
right.
