Hi. I know this isn't the right place to post this question, but I contacted the maintainer of lilypond for Fink and he basically knows about this problem and doesn't have time to fix it...
I'm using Fink on Mac OS X to run lilypond. Everything works great except that everytime I run ly2dvi, lilypond remakes all the fonts in the file. So every compile takes about 10 minutes. Has anyone gotten around this problem?
