I'd like to spare list members that; anyone who is submitting in good faith should be able to quickly remedy the errors and resubmit. Hopefully it is obvious that I'll moderate the submissions *politely* and be encouraging! But if not, let it be said: I'll moderate the submissions politely, quickly, and explain to people what they are missing, not drop the submissions silently.
