As far as I can tell, there have been 2 commits missing in the win32-eventlog repo. I've now imported them as well. The github repos should now be identical to the old GoogleCode repo. Let me know if I missed anything. (I kind of remember that the test you added in win32-eventlog was passing even without your fix, so I'm not sure it is a good test.
