I don't really know; I only use commandline svn. :) Did you specify the correct username and password from this page: http://code.google.com/p/libwin32/source/checkout Note that you do *not* use your regular Gmail password; you have to click on the hyperlink in this line: "When prompted, enter your generated googlecode.com password." on the page above to get your googlecode.com password.
