This list is for discussion and development of all modules that used to be part
of the libwin32 bundle. You can find the source code repository for these
modules here:

Exceptions: the Win32API::File module is now part of core Perl and not
maintained
separately. The Win32API::Registry and Tie::Registry modules are also
maintained
in a different source code repository. The Win32::API module is now included in
the libwin32 project even though it was never part of the old libwin32
distribution.
Cosimo promised to send a kick-off message about porting Win32::API to 64-bit
Windows to this list a couple of days ago... that may have been the context
in which you heard about this list.
