Just to make sure we don't duplicate work: Do you want to create the
Win32::TieFile module yourself, or should I refactor it? I would still
put in Rafael and you as the authors, of course.
I'm just busy now with Win32::API and C::Dynalib, so it would be great
if you would do it.
FALSE and TRUE need to be added as constants.
