As discussed with Jan for the huge pending cywin patch (not included in
0.24) I started working on the per-module patches.
But beforehand some general questions before:
Do we still want the ExtUtils::Mkconst2perl hack, creating perl
constants in a seperate .pc file?
I rather want to remove all these files and use standard XS
ExtUtils::Constant's
This will affect Win32API::File and Win32API::Registry
and will not need Schwern's new ExtUtils::MakeMaker v6.26 then to fix
our (cygwin) pending ps_to_blib hacks.
