Yes I am stuck with 0.9.0 virt-manager version.
Is this compatible with libvirt 1.2.2 release? From where I get such 
compatibility matrix

Doesn't

# yum install virt-manager

install the right one? Looking into RHEL6 repo I see virt-manager-0.9.0
built for RHEL6. And after looking into virt-manager's repo I found this
commit 3c3237b9510 which reworked it into using gtk3. The commit is part
of 0.10.0 release. So I guess you're stuck with 0.9.0 on RHEL6.
