I tried on `libtool` from development branch at
409501b0a717552624707708adf5e7fd7c872ca3. I tested it on a real `soundtouch`
project and it worked as expected. Yay! 

I had to configure `soundtouch` itself with `--enable-cxx-stdlib` (and not
just `libtool` as I initially thought).
